Released in 1989, this is a film that has been around for longer than I have, and I truly have no idea how many times I’ve seen it. It’s a heck of a film and one that I would always settle on when flicking through the TV to find something to put on in the background.
It’s set in the late 50s and features a prestigious New England boys boarding school where John Keating (*cough* John Keats) joins the staff to teach English Literature, specialising in poetry. And he changes the lives of his entire class.
